What counts as a device?

Can I try Pro features before paying?
Yes. Start free and use all nine tools at zero cost. Your first scan runs in minutes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time without losing your data or scan history.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves 20 per cent compared to monthly. We accept all major credit cards and invoice billing. Enterprise customers can arrange custom payment terms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Free and Pro plans are month-to-month with no lock in. If you choose annual billing, cancel with a month's notice. Enterprise terms are customisable.
Where is my data stored?
All Free and Pro customers' data is held in the EU, specifically in Ireland, on AWS infrastructure. US residency is on our roadmap for Enterprise customers who require it. We are GDPR compliant.
What support is included?
All plans include support. Free tier includes community support and email. Pro includes priority email support. Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager and custom SLA.
